Return & Refund Policy

At TBS & Benz, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Please review our return, refund, and exchange guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
• The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and documentation.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• Items that were custom-made, modified, or installed may not be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned for a refund but may be eligible for exchange:
• Electrical parts – These can only be exchanged for a replacement, no refunds.
• Engine and gearbox components that have been fitted or used.
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.
• Any item that has been damaged due to improper installation or use.
3. Return Process
1. To initiate a return, email info@tbsnbenz.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the return. Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item received.

4. Refunds
• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.
• If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@tbsnbenz.co.za.

5. Exchanges
• Exchanges are only allowed for defective or incorrectly received items.
• The replacement process will begin once the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Damages & Issues
• If your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We may request photos or videos of the issue before processing a replacement or refund.

7. Engine & Gearbox Guarantee Terms

For customers purchasing engine and gearbox components, our guarantees apply as follows:
• Engines – 30-day return policy
• Gearboxes – 15-day return policy
• All other parts – 7-day return policy
• Any faults must be reported immediately upon installation before use.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
• Additional terms may apply based on the product type.
