Shipping Policy – TBS & Benz

At TBS & Benz, we ensure that all orders are shipped securely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for processing times, delivery details, and important terms regarding shipping damages and returns.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch
β€’ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
β€’ Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
β€’ Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

🚚 Domestic Shipping (South Africa Only):
β€’ Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
β€’ Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (at an additional cost)
β€’ Local Pickup (Centurion, Pretoria): Available by appointment

🚒 International Shipping:

3. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable courier services, including:

4. Tracking Information
β€’ Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
β€’ You can track your package on the courier’s website.

5. Shipping Costs
β€’ Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, size, and location.
β€’ We do not offer free shipping. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer, including return shipping if applicable.

6. Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver your order on time, but delays may occur due to:

β€’ Courier service disruptions
β€’ Public holidays or peak shopping seasons

TBS & Benz is not responsible for delays caused by couriers but will assist you in tracking your order if needed.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order is damaged or missing upon arrival:
1. Inspect your package upon delivery.
2. Report damages or missing items within 48 hours by emailing info@tbsnbenz.co.za.
3. Provide photos of the damaged package and items for assessment.

🚨 TBS & Benz is not responsible for courier-related damages, but we will assist in filing a claim if necessary.

8. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
β€’ Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
β€’ If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer must pay additional shipping fees to resend the order.
β€’ If multiple delivery attempts fail, the package may be held at the courier depot or returned to us.

9. Local Pickup Option
